Booking Policy

Our Policy

Appointment Scheduling: Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but may experience longer wait times.

Cancellation Policy: A 5 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to avoid any cancellation that will be done automatically, or cancelling 1 of the services.

Health and Safety: Please inform our staff of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to your service. We prioritize your health and safety.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit, and cliq. Full payment is required at the end of each service, all our Prices are subject to sales tax 16% and are fixed.

Refunds and Returns: All services are final. if you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know during your visit hours or within 24 hours so we can address your concerns, any return can be redeemed only as credit balance for your next visit

Behavior: We maintain a respectful and welcoming environment. Any disruptive behavior may result in termination of services, asked to leave the salon.

Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify services or prices as needed. Clients will be informed of any changes before their appointment starts.

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointments without prior notice will be required to pay for their next service in advance. This also applies to clients who cancel their appointments less than 1 hour before the scheduled time.

Appointment Confirmation: All appointments are recorded and confirmed via WhatsApp. We do not accept appointment confirmations through phone calls to keeping
